Band History

A primary goal of the band was, to keep always an alternative sound- character. After some unfortunate attempts with various bassists and a second guitar player, the band was determined to keep the classical manning, guitar, bass and drums and look around for a bassist and a vocalist. In the spring of 2006 both band members met together with another acquaintance, the bassist Andreas Roch (Punky), who fits ideally to the virtuosic playing of the initial members, because he completes their sound with his clockwork-exact and groovy bass playing and thus he was a perfect supplementation to the unorthodox styles of Tothy at the guitar and E.T. on drums.

After one year of training room sessions they had enough sound material to play an instrumental concert for two hours. Typical for the band is their talent for improvisation. During their jam sessions they let new songs grow by rushing into complex sound figures and amazing arrangements. Although they never had played this song before, the first recording mostly sounds like a final version. Thus it is clear, that all three instrumentalists understand themselves in music in the best way and even blindly. With accurate rhythm- and speed changes they are building a perfect symbiosis within their music.

Since December 2010 "Q" (Berhard Kurray, former Vocalist oft the Prog Metal Band "Archai") is the new vocalist Decrees Of Mind
